WHAT'S NEXT?
I published Taken Book 4 in the Meredith Loxton Detective Series on 28 February 2025 and have now moved on to the 13th book in the Aidan Grifford Sailing Adventure Series, Samara. I aim to publish in October/November 2025.
I have ideas for more adventures for the main protagonists in both series, so lots more sailing adventures with Aidan Grifford and investigations with Meredith Loxton to look forward to.

Book 13 - Aidan Grifford Sailing Adventure Series
Aidan Grifford leaves the Mediterranean, ships Raider from the UK to Australia, and returns to New Zealand for a family holiday. While there, Aidan and his wife, Lauren are asked to deliver boats from Auckland to Sydney for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race: Aidan, an RP66 called Waitoa, and Lauren, a Solaris 50 double-hander called Samara, owned by Aidan’s friend and business partner, Richard Goldsmith.
However, the deliveries are not straightforward. Aidan has to deal with hostile crewmembers who he has a vague recollection of having previously met but cannot recall where or when, and Lauren has to manage a long-standing personality clash with Goldsmith. Aidan believes those issues are the only ones they’ll encounter, but he sails headlong into trouble when he arrives in Sydney.
Aidan hopes that a last-minute crew swap to Samara for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race will remove him from harm’s way, but old enemies with long memories and scores to settle have other ideas, and the Sydney to Hobart turns into a fight for survival.
